New Seawall Construction

Many of our area seawalls are now entering their “golden years”; yes, seawalls do have an expected life span and several of the walls in the area are now over 50 years old! When repairs are no longer an acceptable option for a homeowner, the strongest protection for your water front property is a pre cast concrete batter piling and king piling seawall.

Sea Tech Construction, Inc. forms and pours its own 12” x 12” pre stressed concrete pilings as well as 6000 psi high strength concrete panels locally in our Fort Lauderdale manufacturing yard facility; this allows us to customize pile length and panel size for each new seawall contracted. Delivery of pilings and panels directly to the job site is completed using our Sea Tech Construction barge for water way access with the assistance of Sea Tech Construction road trucks.

All pilings and panels are built per certified engineer specifications and driven by barge assisted pile driver. Our crane operators have over 35 years experience in the marine construction industry and pay careful attention to detail when removing existing structures, setting panels and driving piling on a new pre cast batter piling and king piling seawall. All caps are steel reinforced poured 5000 psi concrete with chamfered edging and broom finished to allow for durable and full coverage of the new panels and support pilings. Five year structural warranties accompany all new pre cast batter piling and king piling seawall projects.
