Wood Docks

Wood docks continue to be the most popular and economincal choice for water front home owners in our area. Pressure treated southern yellow pine is a beautiful, natural look to compliment a South Florida water front back yard.

• Wood docks can be stained or sealed after the initial installation.
• All docks built by Sea Tech Construction offer a 3 year warrenty.
• Framing lumber is 2” x 8”, 2” x 10” or 3” x 10” depending on engineer specifications.
• Stainless steel screws are used in every Sea Tech Construction dock.
• 1” x 2” wood piling trim and copper piling caps are standard on wood docks.
• All wood decking is trimmed along the waters edge with 2” x 4”.
• Upgrades to Tropical Decking, Ultra Wood or exotic hard woods are available.
